I remember reading this manga years ago but I couldn't remember the title. This is similar to one-room angel but I'm sure it's not one room angel. The plot is about a guy and an angel (not sure?) and one of them sacrifices their senses or body parts for the other so one of them is probably blind. In the end one of them dies and I think the concept had something to do with 7 days or 1 week in it?
