Regardless, I still feel super sad for Mu because Andrew was all he had. But I also feel bad for Song because technically he is still the person who comforted Mu in the form of "Andrew." He should have been apologetic from the start but I guess he was also scared to revel himself as he really likes Mu but Mu never liked him for him. I agree that doesn't make up for his behavior before, but his love for Mu changed him and he did try to change things around school too. So there was definitely was character development there

Omg I cried every chapter. Honestly though, did no one feel frustration when the boy Jiang cheated with died and was just forgotten? Yes the boy did wrong but that argument scene before the boy died just made me get SO frustrated about Jiang character because everything he tried to do to make up to Lewis after felt like it never did any justice! Just when I thought he'd have the slightest compassion and be full of regret about everything he has done to everyone after find out his lover his dying, he dared to kicked and blame the other uke like it was his fault he cheated...I mean how? YOU FUCKING RUINED TWO LIVES NOW! and it was just forgotten. I was expecting him to atleast say sorry to that kid (even if he did wrong) after realizing he was a fuck up but nope.
After that it just got more and more frustrating because I just couldn't have the slightest pity for Jiang. To know that this was the person Lewis's loved for years, probably even untill his last breath, but there was nothing Jiang was capable of ever doing to even make up to him because it's like his character never changed was really frustrating.
However, although it was fustrating to see but maybe that's why it was such a masterpiece. Depicts the reality of some human beings' nature. I'm glad Lewis got the alot of affection from the doctor in his last days. Although I wish it was from Jiang because that's probably what Lewis needed the most but here's reality on a plate. The author made nothing and no one rose colored, just let reality play itself
Am I the only one that feels like Yuan didn't wrong Mu as much as everyone is hating in him? He definitely wronged him In the beginning when he ignored him but that was also the reason why he scared to reveal himself. I do agree he is being quite forceful now but atleast It's not rape like how 70% of yaoi ML are with their Ukes

he was a bystander to all of the bulling. One thing is not talking to someone another thing is being a big influence on the reason why people bully you and just stand by. The big boss of a gang won't harm u but if people know he doesn't like you they're all gonna go against you so in that situation who would you blame knowing that u did nothing to deserve hatred? It's the boss's fault to begin with he knows what is happening and let's it be. Secondly catfish is a serious crime and even if it's not physical it does do a lot of mental damage as you can see here and he even kissed him before reveling who he was like are u serious? That's kinda disgusting on Mu's pov and it's understandable why, if you thought you were kissinf your boyfriend but instead it was another person faking it I think you would be pretty pissed off sad and hurt too. Not to mention that yuan hid his identity from mu. And mu having bullying experiences in school because of how yuan initially treated him is a betrayal for his part when he learned that his only comfort behind the scenes is yuan himself.

No one is denying what he did before was wrong. Also rape is a whole other level of wrong and it's definitely not the same as the bullying moments in this manhua.
Everyone has expectations of a perfect seme or uke in every manga but, where's the drama in that? especially when in reality people like this really exist, everything is not always perfect. You need to see progression and see how changes happen hopefully for the good. Sometimes it takes certain extents and realization to understand what you are doing wrong and the right thing to do is change which Yuan did.
Mu still has the right to reject him regardless. I am not defending Yuan over Mu, this is just my opinion on Yuan's stance. The author also makes it's clear that he's genuinely trying to gain forgiveness, so hate is definitely not how you react to someone trying.

Yepp..rape is different from bullying but still a bad thing... since he trying so hard to gain forgiveness thats one good thing...but do i still resent him..yes.. if there's progression in their behaviour and mc forgive him...thats the best outcome ...mc deserve to hate him and if he want to forgive him and the best forgiveness is not forgive and forget or forgive but not forget...i hope that mc in the future if he want to forgive he will forgive and set boundaries....healthy boundaries where people especially the ml would not walk all over him
