IDK why but the official one felt like they used mtl to translate it, like it feels so stiff and weird compared to the fan translation, not to mention using advanced words for casual conversation.

because he does look like a child. the top is the one that looks normal, big ppl with good built exist, the bottom on thr other hand looks very child-like, they could have done something to make him look a bit mature.

I can vouch on the other guy. big eyes and bigger head in anime or in general in terms of drawing usually means they are depicting a child. if I may, I'd compare this to the seven deadly sins, Ban's love interest.
if analyze it enough, even with the huge size difference, it is heavily implied. as I've read the whole story, I only saw his "grown" size once where he looks half decent in one panel, and I believe it was around chapter 7 or 8.
and if that doesn't really convince you since majority already stated their pleas, I guess that's on you now.

TRUE, the first volume gave us hope (otogiri literally doesnt have any interest with hirose, and also hirose happily break up with his gf, so nakamura have chance!!). Then second volume came in with a wrecking ball and destroying our hope (otogiri suddenly being flirty with hirose and hirose even like it wtf is this )
