hmm, this really depends on you but if it was me on that situation, i would simply tell him to fuck off. If hes doing all the shitty stuff that u said and offends everyone thinking its ok, the other thing besides cutting ties with him that you could do is try to talk to him and tell him what hes doing and why is it wrong.
