I'm a fudanshi, and I definitely read all kinds of BL stories (be it different kinks and subgenres). But I usually read just whatever interesting finds I come across.
Mainly,
→Psychological (deadly games)
→Isekai (reincarnation, teleportation)
→Crime Fiction (detective-type, courtroom)
More on what I read are
→Comedy
→Shounen (mostly mainstream)
→Drama (medical, historical)
→Fantasy
→Horror
I've been trying out new genres too, like
→Shoujo/Romance (particularly reincarnation stories)
→Yuri (only oneshots and short stories)
As long as the story's interesting (and not one-track aggravating), and the characters are likable (especially OP + genius MC, and non-annoying harem), I'll more or less enjoy it.
