the art's good but the top is a little too stupid imo. like sure, himbos, but when the stakes are supposed to be life or death i found his bad plans and rushing in kind of annoying & dropped it.

I don't really get why MC kept Elena's looks but Elena never took MC's looks despite switching places with her world tho. I guess they just wouldn't think we would recognize Elena in black hair? Kinda weird tho that MC didn't get to keep any aspects of her own original looks tho when Elena got to keep everything.

Eh. Liked the first season but not the second. Both characters were more pathetic than I wanted. The whole feeling guilty for something your dad, not you, did + feeling guilty for having your knee be injured once before the accident at the center of the supposed angst here is also not very compelling.

The first thing you shouldn't do after ruining someone's trust in you is to then hide crucial information yet again, tbh. I stopped rooting for MC after that. I won't say it's unrealistic or anything because IRL people forgive each other for repeated mistakes even when I think they shouldn't, but it's just not what I want to see in a story.

Also the sex quota was too high for a shorter series like this. Could've done with half the amount.

First time (in a long time? idr) I've seen a partnership where one of them is primarily platonic in feeling but they work it out because platonic love can be just as strong as romantic. I feel like Eri never had romantic desire but she's completely fine with kissing and sex as affectionate gestures so she can give Fuyuki whatever she wants in that realm. Eri feels like she's on the aro/ace spectrum to me. When your types of "love" don't align, it can cause suffering, but if you look at the actual actions you give each other, sometimes there's enough alignment to make it work. After all, every person's internal experience is ultimately unique, so it's more about communication and meeting each other's needs. Fuyuki's need to be wanted can indeed be met by the fact that even if platonic, Eri has always picked her as her number one.

That said. It dragged in the middle with Eri's obliviousness and being extremely needy. I think it could've been tighter, and I would've been more interested to see how they worked out the dating thing step by step in making sure that both of them were feeling good about it. Personally, that's more interesting of a topic to me rather than the loop of "you said you would put me first so why aren't you??"

Don't know how to feel about this one. I'm hoping the rest is just all fluff because the protag seemed like he wasn't having any fun at all straight up until they had sex (through extreme coercion). Usually for turn-your-brain-off plots like this the protag at least finds the ML attractive, but that was like completely missing until these last few chapters. So. hmmm.

Plots like this are so funny like has the top never heard of jerking off on your own, alone, rather than dragging in a confused person to help you. I thought the level of intoxication was going to be explained by whatever was going on with his family if it was some kind of superpower. At this point, I'd prefer him to legit be part dog or something, I feel like it'd be a better explanation lmao

Anyway, it's cute enough. Luckily the bottom takes more initiative in the second half.
