As someone has read the novel recently, this story follows pretty well with the original novel released in 2006. Now that I'm reading the manga adaptation of it, it feels even more fast paced then the book was. I am disappointed they didn't include the internal monologue of Keaton talking about Chay's "Audacity to be straight and his type". If people hadn't known this was based off a novel it would've just seemed like your average yaoi, that says something about the story lol. Besides this rant, I hope whomever is reading this has a good day!

Haven't tried read the novel and since I started with the manga, it is my favorite of all time. The manga is so good and immerse and I would like to keep it at that, still not sure if I will read the novel(I think I might). Hopefully, the manga will be brought back.
Oh definitely lol. I more or less read it because its rather... Mediocre and I just enjoy reading. I think while the story is fast paced, its also the lack luster writing style. The whole thing is up in your face, the interactions between characters was amusing at times but the characters themselves were cliché. Maybe its a personal preference for characters and story but for me it (the novel) was a 5/10 or less. Nothing special, but that doesn't invalidate that it could be a good and fun read for someone else. Not my cup of tea is all. Likewise, the manga is so-so for me, a little better but not by much.
Okay so I've been saying this since Jooin had a little redemption for himself and stood up, then he runs right back to Yahwi. Bitch can you pick either to hate him or love him? Dont switch between the two, its dumb. I'm really hoping for Jooin to realize that whats happening but knowing yaoi and having read the authors previous work I wouldnt be surprised if yahwi wins jooin over by guilt tripping or something. Jooin needs some help
This was beautiful, tears left my eyes looking at the stunning art as it left me contemplating my life. My life changed reading this, the author really knows how to put emotions into pictures and the dialogue. I'm going to read this to my future children and their children. I will never forget this I'm going to put this on my will. An absolute masterpiece left me gasping for air as I cried the hardest I ever have. Please read this, your life will change. 10/10 5 stars.
