Just reread this and I really love that they brought in the "King" not as a love rival but as a nosy man with a brother complex. It's too funny!
Also, I know those girls are a plot device but they're truly the worst. Like bitch, if you really just wanted to 'just' know who Shinobu was and not start a dangerous queer outing rumor you would've at least cropped the photo before sending it. Their behavior is so objectifying and gross even after that. I don't blame Shinobu at all for cosplaying as ugly lol
Also, Shinobu is a great character for satisfying the smoking is only cool in fiction niche. Love a smoking character in manga lol
Hye-sung asked this woman DIRECTLY why she abandoned him and she STILL didn't offer an explanation and Hye-sung left and cried because she once again made no effort to explain herself.
UGH this story line is so annoying I'd rather go back to Byul and Siwoo or So-yi and Bin. Honestly I'd rather hang out with Heesoo and Dojun and see what they're up to. We could be spending our time so much better.
The bar is in hell, that being said at least he did have amnesia for awhile and it wasn't a completely fake manipulation. Him playing along and taking advantage of the situation after he got his memories back is still gross. Also, I hate that Rin didn't confess but was mad that Shou got a girlfriend and took his anger out on him. Poor Shou isn't a mind reader and was left wondering wtf happened.
There's also always the narrative that the crush should realize their friend likes them and that bugs me. It will always be set up as outsiders can see it but dumb naive crush has noooo idea. I don't like it. Confess or get out of the kitchen. Sorry, your friend is used to your closeness and that status quo of the relationship and doesn't pick up on feelings you're activity trying to hide. Man, I was holding that rant in ever since everyone was mad at JooAn in Honey Bear because he didn't know his friend was in love with him. I felt like I was fighting for my life defending my ditzy lil guy JooAn. Sorry, my head empty man JooAn isn't a mind reader.
I'm so upset about what happened Matsuri and I'm devastated that her daughter is being raised by that piece of shit! UGH I want her to be reunited with her daughter. I can't even imagine the damage her ex's family did to her reputation in their daughter's eyes. They probably tell her that her mom is a bad person who abandoned her. It's so devastating...
I've been saying this the whole time. This story was tanked as soon as we were served the four year time jump. This manga went from a complicated but sweet slice of life romance to the toxic "psychological" genre. I struggle to see any resemblance to the characters we once knew. I want to drop this but there's still a lingering fondness towards the characters. The Juheon and Dohu I knew don't deserve this plot.
People are really jumping to conclusions that Bin has a crush of Byul’s friend. All the comic did was have her expressing interest in him because he reminds her of her uncle. I don’t even think Bin really clocked that this might be a date. Soyi hasn’t confess or anything. Honestly, it feels like. Soyi and Bin is a very intentional set up that I don’t think the author would be investing in just the throw Bin at a minor side character. I think it’s more meant to be a silly setback.

I knew hye-sung wouldn't give a fuck lol he's like "so what???"
