HOLY FREAK I HAVE SO MUCH TOTS ABOUT THIS SERIES
okay first of- Season 1 and a little bit of ss2 was a solid 9/10
* the set up is so good, I love seeing the mc’s inner struggles AND the mom’s cruelty
* in ss1 the ml is also more on the denser side which tbh I don’t really mind all that much because he’s been on the battlefield and whatnot so I can forgive it
* The pacing is also pretty good imo and the cast is pretty small so overall its a great start
* ALSO THE ART!!! The art is sososos pretty to look at. Their outfits are also really good since lowkey- historical stories tend to have some whacky and inconsistent clothing styles. But in this series- everyone is cohesive
OKAY NOW FOR WHAT I HATE
* ss3 and 4 pacing holy fuck… what was that abomination…. Its genuinely confusing to read at times . One moment the mc was in disguised and then boom he’s in another location then another… its genuinely making me tweak out
* at some point the characters that was set up just ended up useless in the end wtf
* Also what happened to keeping things low profile WHEN THE PDA IS TOO MUCH AND THE ML JUST OUTWARDLY SHOWS THEY ARE TOGETHER WTF????
* The dad is useless mf all that setup for nothing????
* ALSO JFC WTH why set up the dad to have this turmoil of the mc getting hurt n shi and when it was revealed he was an omega- he just..dont gaf??? even after learning the shi mc went through???? ALSO THE AUDACITY TO BE MAD ??? LIKE CANT THIS FUCKASS DAD HAVE A BRAIN HELLOO??

it had so much potential its such a shame that ss3 and 4 was so,,,,,disappointingly terrible I never added it in my rant but they fucked too much man…. when they slept together for the first time in ss2 I think??? it actually felt rewarding to see. But then they just side lined the plot just so they can fuck around and fuck some more
