So it's an isekai BL, with omegaverse. The MC is transported into the universe of a tv series/book, in the body of an omega, who tried to commit suicide. The omega had married the son of a chaebol family and had a baby boy from the marriage, but then his husband died and his mother-in-law treated him very badly. So he decided to commit suicide. In the original timeline, the focus is on the omega's son who grows up to be a typical arrogant alpha who falls for an omega and becomes the ML in the tv series. But since our MC is isekaied in that universe, things deviate from the original timeline. He doesn't commit suicide and is saved by another handsome guy (our ML) who also has a baby (his dead sister's kid or something). This 2nd kid is actually the one who grows up to be the omega MC of the tv series, who is then pursued by the baby alpha I mentioned. Our MC tries hard to maintain the original storyline of making the two kids fall for each other, without him actually having to die, but in the process he falls for the guy who saved him (who was supposed to be his son's father-in-law).

The MC is an orphan who is part of a special choir, where the lead singer (MC's rival?) has a voice which can heal people and virtually cure any illness. The organisation running thos choir kidnapped the MC and lead singer when they were children. The MC has a lot of trauma. He falls for the ML who is a rich heir to some company, but he thinks the ML will never look at him because he is fat. It is an omegaverse manhwa, with Isekai theme. The main character was reading a novel/playing a game and then got Isekaid there as the omega wife of the king.
He remembers the original storyline, where he loves the king, but the king loves his first wife. 1. The alpha and omega are a fated pair. The omega is poor, is the oldest of many siblings. His parents are dead. The alpha and omega instantly recognise they are fated and decide to bond, because otherwise they will die in a few days. But they each have personal and emotional issues or trauma they must overcome in order to form a pair bond. Every time they try to have sex it is extremely painful. The omega gradually overcomes his issues, but the alpha still doesn't open his heart and the sex continues to be painful.
2. I just remember the first chapter or the promo... There is a pink haired guy (probably the omega) who is tied up and hung over a seaport, about to be thrown in. The guy holding him captive is the seme (alpha) or something.... The pink haired guy isn't afraid at all and even tries to annoy the seme. It was a funny scene, which was the intro to the comic and then most of the story was a flashback of how things became like that.
