The attitude he has towards jinseo and jinseo avoidance to talk Abt anything related to jinha AFTER won yet has mentions of jinha in his diary.....so prolly the pretending part was w his dead brother which was what caused jinseo to loose his mind and commit suicide and why won acted so proactive w "seducing" jinha literally the moment they met.
