Is he really though? Shizuma isn’t any less to blame. He’s not helping much as a partner, nearly delaying his date when he could’ve been spending that time to prepare the gifts he wanted to get to Minato. By spending hours with his boss of all people, I would’ve understood if they’re working but they weren’t.
The boss annoys me the most though. He wants to eat something and drags Shizuma along and Shizuma doesn’t set boundaries and this led to the boss being disrespectful. And this led to Shizuma missing his plans for the date.
In chapter 14, the boss makes up a scenario where a dog is in need of emergency and asks Shizuma if he’d choose saving the dog over his date with Minato. Completely uncalled for. This scenario will definitely happen and it’s okay if he does his work on the clock but not on his off time, and the boss has dragged him along just to help diffuse the situations he causes.
I can’t say Minato ISN’T over sensitive because he is due to his abandonment issues. But as a partner, Shizuma isn’t helping much and when asked about why he didn’t just take his own car or taxi to meet him instead of being dropped off by his boss, he didn’t answer and just moved onto sex if I remember correctly.
This isn’t the first time he’s let his personal life join with his work life. In earlier chapters when he first met boss, the boss complained that he isn’t good at socializing, but then Shizuma insults Minato by saying “well someone in my life is not as pleasant as you”. I can’t remember the exact wordings but it was that.
I can only be thankful that Shizuma told the boss off though. Although he should’ve done that sooner.

Yeah Minato noticed and he didn’t go through with the head. He communicated and expressed himself right after. It’s not about who made who jealous first or last, this isn’t a competition. And that was his friends, not a boss where he spoke about his partner and involved his personal life with work.
In the same chapter I think 16, Shizuma told Minato to be more selfish and ask for his time off work. He wants Minato to tell him, but Minato refuses because he knows work is important for him and he didn’t tell Shizuma to quit either. So he is understanding of his work. It’s just due to his trauma he’s more sensitive and seeing Shizuma not putting up clear boundaries with his boss is not right.
Yeah I want shizuma to die from jealousy, usually I really hate it but I want minato's ex or hot fuck buddy to make an appearance, so that he can taste his own medicine, like vol. 1 was hella fine but the entire vol. 2 he jst pisses me off......
Also I’m not trying to say Minato isn’t wrong nor Shizuma, but they are both flawed and Minato having trauma makes his insecurities more intense. Shizuma is a green flag, he can be frustrating sometimes though.
