I'm looking for a manga where the uke has black hair and the seme has blonde hair(I think). The uke is a commander of an army and I think the seme is a soldier in his army too. The uke was seen as cruel by the citizens but he was actually protective of all the people and he had to ruthless because of the evil/crazy prince. (I believe the prince had blonde hair). I remember a scene where the uke had put a man's severed head on a stake and put it where all the citizens could see it because he had to make an example in order for the prince not to do anything worse.
