Why not just pretend this season doesn’t exist or drop it rather than keep up with it every time it updates just to complain about the same thing over and over again. Because that's what people do, and have been doing for ages. They read something and express their opinions on it. And it's reasonable to continue reading something you've formed an attachment to, to see it through to the end. Some people don't like dropping stuff; others just want to freely complain.
People are allowed to complain about the media they consume, especially if previous seasons of that media were higher quality.
Like, I hate it when people say dumb stuff like, "don't like, don't read." Cause that's not how it works, and it will never be how it works. In every space, there will be both positive and negative opinions. The best you can do about the negative ones is look the other way, because it won't change.

People are entitled to their opinions but I’m noticing a pattern where every new episode, it’s the same 3 reused comments. If you genuinely dislike something, just drop it. Yeah you might grown attached to the characters but if you think it’s like a completely new story, treat it like that. Because I won’t deny, it does feel different to the original story so why not just detach this season from the rest. It’s not like complaining about it on this site of all places is going to change the trajectory of the story. You’re right about how people are but I don’t think the whole “don’t like don’t read” concept is dumb. The whole point is, if you don’t like something you’re not obligated to engage with the content. Nothing is forcing you to read media you actively don’t like with or disagree with. You can still read it yeah, but that’s your choice but at some point if the only thing it’s doing to you is in a negative impact that’s just on you. And yeah we can try to ignore all the comments saying negative things but at the same time, when you scroll down and see comments complaining about the plot every two comments it’s a bit tiring. Especially considering people want to genuinely hear others opinions. Like I said complaining about it on a pirated site won’t do much because it’s not like we can magically save the story from going to shit. It just seems counterproductive. But that’s js me.
