I'm reading the novel in spanish in wattpad.

SPOILERS - The post is long, so bear with it a little. Also, the novel isn't complete and english is not my first language so if there are any mistakes I'm sorry.











Mongryong is faking his amnesia. He fools everyone until he's able to scape from Jeha. Mongryong's sister has an accident and almost dies. Jeha catches Mongryong and promises him he'll pay for the hospital fees if Mongryong stays with him as his "dog". Mongryong agrees and Jeha makes him live in an apartment instead of the mansion and makes him dress as a dog and gifts him a collar with the name Mong-Mong (so that's the start of the nickname). During this time they have this love-hate relationship where they will have hot sex and start arguing five minutes later.
Later, they have a stupid fight cause Jeha's brother gifts Mongryong a coat and a scarf so Jeha is jealous and takes them away from Mongryong. Because he's mad and jealous Jeha decides to punish Mongryong by taking him to a reunion with an important congress man who likes to sleep with boys. Jeha is not in the reunion and this congress man drugs Mongryong to sleep with him, but Mongryong puts on a fight and scapes. Jeha goes to find him and it's upset cause Mongryong keeps calling Jeha's brother's name.
Since this moment, everything changes. Mongryong is really upset and mad with Jeha and Jeha starts telling him that he wants to go out with him. Mongryong says he doesn't want to have a serious relationship with anyone and that he likes the kind of relationship they have where the have sex whenever they want. Mongryong has an encounter with Jeha's dad and threatens him with a gun cause he doesn't know who he is. Jeha's dad is really mad and hits Jeha. Mongryong's sister wakes up from the coma and Jeha decides to tell Mongryong that he's going to get married cause he feels like he's lying to him. Mongryong says he doesn't care and that they can keep being friends with benefits until the wedding. Then, everything starts to going to shit.
Sarah, Jeha's sister, fights with Mongryong and his sister and tells her father about Mongryong and Jeha's relationship. To keep both safe, Jeha decides to send them away and hide them and make his father believe that his relationship with Mongryong is over. Mongryong's sister goes to another hospital and Mongryong hides with a bodyguard on a house. At this point, Mongryong is slowly realizing his feelings towards Jeha and he wishes Jeha would cancel the wedding. One day, Mongryong is bored and decides to go outside and Jeha has to go personally to return him home cause he's in danger. They have sex again and Jeha tells Mongryong to wait for him, but Mongryong doesn't know what he means. Jeha is going to cancel the wedding cause he wants to be with Mongryong. Jeha's dad is mad and kidnaps Mongryong's sister. Mongryong is mad and tries to run away to save his sister but Jeha stops him. He handcuffs him in the car (and then loses the key) and they are driving to Seoul when they have an accident and fall into a frozen lake. The ice breaks and they start to sink. Mongryong is still in handcuffs and he can't scape. Jeha tries to release him but he can't so he decides to stay in the car and die with him. They are saved by Jeha's father, who cause the accident. When they wake up they are in a room with a big window. At the other side of the window is Jeha's father and a TV showing Mongryong's sister who is about to drown. Jeha's father tells Mongryong that if he wants to save his sister he has to stab Jeha. Mongryong doesn't want to and starts crying and threatening everyone but Jeha tellings him to do it. When there's only a minute left, Mongryong takes the knife and Jeha helps him by grabbing Mongryong's hand and stabbing himself. Jeha collapses and Mongryong cries even more.
Mongryong is taken with his sister to the temple where they used to live when they were kids. They tell him Jeha is fine but he's really worried and wants to see him but he knows that if he goes to see him it will only put Jeha in more danger. Jeha, on the other side, is recovering and thinking about Mongryong and how everything is over.

And that's all for now. The post is too long and maybe I spoiled too much, but I hope you all enjoyed it.

Yes, I'm my opinion the humour is great. I really like Mongryong's personality and his combos with Jeha. Also, the scene where he fights with the congressman is really funny too cause he's drugged and he thinks he's playing whack-a-mole while hitting him.

Omg, no, I haven't heard of it. I will try to find the novel and if I find something I will let you know.

I understand your frustration. I had also high hopes for this webtoon story to be more grounded and progressive/nuanced.
The logic of the plot is on the same level as a bizarre soapy telenovela and an Asian drama. If you think that K Dramas have absurd dumb written plots, you should watch some Chinese, Thai or Taiwan shows. They
