It happened to all of us in January, mangago's data disk crashed and wiped out everyone's lists. There is no way for it to return, you have to rebuild your lists by yourself.

Sorry to say that you can’t. It happened to all of us. I recommend saving what you remember to MAL, AniList, etc and tracking there. It’s best to not rely so much on a site that could easily crash again.

I even made a timer and for a chapter to fully load i jeed to wait for 15-20 minutes. I used to have the patience and luck

I don't know what country you're from, but I think you probably need to check with your internet provider about your mbps (internet speed). You can search for and do a free test online to see what your internet speed is currently at and then compare it with your plan. Make sure your plan isn't one of those where due to high traffic demand they are allowed to slow down your mbps.
I would also suggest looking into using a VPN, but I'm unsure if that will make your internet connection run faster or not.
(I access this site on a computer and tablet and only on some of the manhua that I read does it slow down a bit.)
