So I cant remember the name of a manhwa.. a shuojo were there is a girl with heart problems in a hospital and her dad is a teacher. one day he brings to the hospital his problem-student. the boy and the girl become friends and help each other. there is an angel who asks the boy what his wish is and his wish is for the girl to get better. and so he began a 100 day's challenge.
