I usually dont like the obsessive trope but akashi is so relatable and funny! I like how rejected kagei and and didnt entertain his advances in the beginning and im so glad he sets up his boundaries and is honest about what he's uncomfortable with!!! Kagei is definitely (slowly) changing his attitude which is good. Akashi is changing, being more open and working towards healthier communication as well!!! I hope we see more of akashi making friends with his coworkers and im superrrrr curious what kagei's backstory is like that made him what he is todayyy
Ok i havent finished the story yet but i just had to comment cause urughh!!! Im on chapter 57 and i just love the scene where the dad just wrapped the blanket around ibeom, that was way too cute!!! And my favorite scene so far has to be when ibeom was sitting outside with his grandma and describing the date he had with jungoh, he was complaining and confused about the date and food and stuff but ultimately enjoyed it, that was so sweet.

I remember not really liking the story much 5 years ago, with all the harassment and stuff. But i decided to reread it again and give it a chance. Now, I still hate all the sexual harassment but now I can relate to the struggles of internalised homophobia and it's so realistic and really depressing in a way. I can't really express all my thoughts but one thing I want to point now is that after rereading this, I noticed how the first scene of Mikado meeting Anezaki is on the train with his earphones on, with the last chapter of them on the train sitting and listening to music with the same earphones. It's such a nice callback. Chapter 5.6 is a great chapter (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ
