Oh I’m so sorry to hear that, I have extremely bad anxiety and had to take pills for it some years ago but now I’ve gotten better and I believe you will too!! It’s best to try to keep yourself busy and do the things you enjoy so you’re not in your head a lot, that’s really helped me. I hope everything gets better on your end!
