Honestly, it's really good but also morally really bad. I struggle with chronic pain and the conversation she had with her best friend made me cry. F-M is struggling. I feel like it's fine that she looks disheveled and "ugly," as some have said... she's in pain. A lot of pain. I hope the best for these two charactes.
