The mourning, the white flowers for a funeral, and the feeling of the "self" being stripped away. Does that mean that Jio has been turned into a being? Which explains why he looks like a monster or even a god or the root's children to others. He's still human or at least he still remembers and views himself as a human but not quite.
Haven't read the novel either but that's my theory too. The weird look that Honey gives him when he calls himself a human makes me think that either the human Seo Jio merged with the entity in the painting, or he changed after staying the painting for so long?
But he himself doesn't seem to have realised it
They look like copies of Zhenya and Taekjoo
They lowkey don't. Plus aren't ya getting tired with the same bulky artstyles with the other (yaoi) manhwas? I mean not like I'm not getting tired either with the same artstyles in each manhwas but like just a different art style makes this manhwa specifically special... & I don't even think they look that much like Zhenya & Taekjoo. I mean yeah, the commander & Zhenya looks half the same but theyre still different in ways I can't explain

The only time, the ONLY time that I'm mad at the omega. My goodness I don't know what he's thinking atp I know he's used to not being wanted but it's self-loathing at this point
