I just love how the author/writer put into words the emotional turmoil you go through with this. I relate to this so much as someone who goes with the flow just for the fun of it but end regretting wasting time on it since it didn't match the high or satisfaction I'm looking for. And I guess relationships today are wired like that we treat people like how we treat the next content to scroll, no contentment just finding another high, another thrill, another challenge that would make our heart palpitate and anxious with excitement. That's why it's fickle and boring. That's why life feels meaningless if we go on too long without it.

Amen. The whole "date others so you can get over him" rarely ever works, and only hurts you AND others in the process. She's doing this the right away, she's being firm with him but also at the same time, not denying her feelings for him. It's actually refreshing to see. I'm tired of seeing FLs date the second ML just for the purpose of getting over the ML, only for them to realize that they can't so they go back to the ML lol I'm really liking Haneul's grounded mindset here.

So after creating a diagram I kinda understand what's happening. So first Motives, MC mom loves chaos and a playtoy so she paid MLs Debt and now ML is indebted to her. Now from this chapter there seems to be a misunderstanding in the first few panels ML ask about the like FL shows him when they were children, basically insinuating if his still her favorite or is she still fond of him just like the past but fL misunderstood and thinks he just want to like him as a stepdad in her mind it translates to, " Why would you hate me as ur stepdad". Fast forward to the last panel yeonwo sees the mark and proceed to not penetrate her because 1. He avoids FL seeing him as just a fuck toy and 2. There's no going back once they cross the line. And alas he remembers he already did the deed as he remembers her choking him. To summarize I think the story will progress to them continuing to be fuck buddies and either 2nd ml or the mother will bust them, leading them to separate and realize they truly love or love to be in a sub-dom relationship with each other. The end.
