Can anyone help me reached out to devs? I have been using this account even before pandemic or even longer (2018, if I remember correctly). I have more than 3000 marked books and now I only have 90+. This is kinda frustrating bcs some of the books I read mean something to me and would like re-reading. I emailed [email protected] but they haven't come back to me. I'm just starting to lose hope. Seriously.

    They used to reply with an automated message but now they aren't getting back to emails. They're busy

    Regardless, you're likely not getting everything back. The disk containing lists data crashed. It's confirmed we're only getting rated/tagged works back:

    It is frustrating that we have no new official information, but all I can say is, at least the site is still up and functional

    Well, I wonder why mine hasn't been restored yet. I have been using this since I was in college (I'm in my late 20s) so yeah. It's been very long and I feel really frustrated about it. I emailed them but they don't respond at all. T______T

    Unfortunately not the case anymore
    They were restoring stuff based on the read date rather than account date

    So, if Person A marked something to your read list in 2022 (account made 2020 or smth), and Person B added the same work in say 2025 (account made 2018), they would've recovered it to Person A's lists first
    But now that the disk drive containing lists data crashed, only rated/tagged works will be coming back. Since this was confirmed, we have had no new information on site recovery.

    Also (unrelated to you) I just went to OP's page and they had works in their want to read list (pictures) but it said there were 0 works on the list. When I refreshed it they were all gone. I wonder why that is.

    Well, I guess, I just manually go back to adding them/marking books again. And just to make sure I understand correctly (pardon me as English isn't my mother tongue), was it advisable not to add anything on "I'm reading this" or "Already Read" unless the devs said so?

    Yep! Being advised not to add anything as we don't know if devs are still working around lists
    Also because the site isn't 100% fixed

    I'm adding stuff to a separate spreadsheet off of site for now
