This may not be everyone’s cup of tea but personally i really like this, its a toxic relationship; hes mentally unstable, violent, messed up even, and yamada still clings to him (she doesnt like him romantically??????? But i think she will as the story goes) but hes trying to really change for her (is what i think) and im enjoying the process of change tbh. This is the “she can fix him” trope, oh and i wouldnt call this shoujo, its more focused on the teacher’s journey of healing
