They were still together when RZ was not able to pass their desired university. They had misunderstandings (he saw the Senior kiss SC, it was an accident but he was hurt the SC did not tell him about it. SC himself did not think that the kiss was a big deal since it was an accident)
Another misunderstanding that was implied was that SC gave RZ a cold shoulder for 2 yrs (?) I forgot. Anyway I think they will talk it out the next chapter
