someone posted a chapter in the wrong order and from a different scanlation team even tho akumakira put a placeholder for chap 146 from asurascans which is really annoying for both readers and usual uploader cause it messes the flow up(since its typically a bad translation) and they also didnt ask for permission to upload the chapter (judging by the "dont u dare" added to ch147 placeholder lmao)
