I read the novel and they basically get married at the end. Its not stated out right that they get married but it describes the white and black suits, wedding party, them staying together and dojin blushing. Its very obvious they are in love and the novel was great. Really sad it was discontinued

In the novel instead of them setting wolves off, instead they shot her with arrows and pierced her twice. When they were going to shoot again Leon jumped in to protect her and got shot twice.
