This is my second time reading thru this series and I legit just cried through the whole thing knowing what would happen. It didn’t even matter if what was happening was sad; tears were always just seeping thru my tear ducts lmfao.
God, this manga is such a rare gem in the saturated world of not only shoujo, but manga. The amount of raw emotion and empathy you gain from the characters and storytelling is seriously such a feat from the author. I am in love with the world Tetsu and Shizu have created for us and I’m just forever grateful to have stumbled upon this story a few years back. So many heartfelt lessons and memories are attached to this manga; it truly is one of the best out there. Deadass, a SHOUJO made me cry about SOCCER at 3 in the morning. I literally recommend this to anyone I encounter and I’ll be making my kids and grandkids read it as well LOL.

I love Shouma just as much as I love Kirishima but whewww the amount of credit y’all give to this man while bashing on Kirishima is unBELIEVABLE. The only reason ppl hate on Kirishima as much as they do is bc y’all get to see his side of the story while Shouma’s relationships with other girls aren’t as fleshed out bc he’s a side character

yoshino and kirishima aren’t actually dating though and she has no romantic feelings for him (for now i guess) they can both do what they want cause they aren’t in a relationship it’s not hurting her so i don’t see y it’s a problem she doesn’t care
I was just replying to the other person since they said Shouma does the same thing. It comes down to the same scenario. Kirishima and Shouma are pretty alike, I can understand why people don’t like Kirishima that much and like Shouma more, I do too ngl but at the end of the day, liking and disliking won’t change anything since the main leads are already decided.
