The first half of the novel is the king abusing the general even taking the girl the general likes as his concubine and then kills her
In the second half the general join a revolt against the emperor and make the emperor brother the new ruler and then the general starts abusing the emperor and dose the same things the emperor did to him any ways in the end they mange to make peace and go back
To normal emperor and his general guard and the emperor starts to regret the time he waisted abusing the general but when they reach like their 45 to fifty of age and their relationship I's professional at that point honestly I didn't know how to feel when I read the ending it wasn't satisfying at all

The emperor loves him but he doesn't like him back he used to like a girl but she was poisoned ,she looks like the general that's why the emperor hates him .
The blue eyes dies in war against the huns he actually becomes good friends with the general
