I loved this story as someone who relates to him I like the dark humor. Hooni is so adorable. Def got lost with the plot and didn’t like it towards the end. I don’t get why people are crying “I’m intentilized edgy dark humor” keep crying who cares it’s not for you and some people are into this type of stuff where it’s a cute twink doing stuff like this bc it’s relatable
While this isn’t for me and I had to stop reading it, it’s fiction. If this was irl it wouldn’t be okay. The mc almost jas a non consent kink? Some people are into the cnc and if they want to explore their kink in fiction then that’s fine
I started reading at 3am it’s now 9 am and this is one of the first times in a while where I read that much at once.ive been reading yaoi for 6-7 years and this one was amazing. It was so amazing I had to keep reading. I’m crying a little lmao. The abuse in the beginning was bad and I usually don’t let it bother me bc it’s fiction and that’s just how I’ve always seen things but the abuse was bad… it was so bad what the bottom went through not just with the top but with people in general. I like how the bottom made sure to get revenge towards the end and how the top suffered. In red fro green flag stories like this the chasing part is most important bc it’s satisfying for the reader especially if you’re okay with a red to green flag top. This was amazing the way he chased and yearned and suffered…yes! I like how the top was getting flashbacks and felt bad for how he treated the bottom. I like how the top found a reason to live. The people who read just to hate are some of the most annoying people on earth. Some of us like the cliché top gets character dev and a sad backstory and if that’s not for you then that’s fine it’s just annoying that now everyone has to hear you whine about it
I’m not suprised. I read the RAWS and yeah he does rape him and they immediately cuddle after. It’s not that the author has a rape fetish I genuinely think most Korean authors just don’t see rape as a big deal in yaoi. In SOME yaoi I think it’s sexualized but in other yaoi I think they genuinely don’t see it as a big deal and can use it as a plot point or to show that the top is bad. In the yaoi “scammed and rammed” I genuinely think the author has a rape fetish due to the amount of DETAIL they put in there and a fucking close up too
