The season 3 misunderstanding was so hard to get through. Even with the top admitting that his pride got in the way from listening to the bottom first, it still felt completely unearned. Just acknowledging it doesn't undo the hurtful things he had done. Anger is a healthy, necessary boundary. Seeing a character skip that step entirely makes the relationship sucks, Dae deserved to stand up for himself that time. I think im just so used to badass bottom that ive been reading that would literally beat the shit out of their top.
