anime left a cliff hanger. then i hated narumi, then i CURSER KOU. he's the problem honestly, he made everyone CONFUSED. i cried for touma, but I was also irritated that kou and futaba just couldn't get their feelings straight despite it being mutual. so many people got hurt for these two. but i guess, that's the beauty of the story. it seems realistic in that way, and gosh even if it is infuriating, i will probably still re-read it anytime in the future. I love this manga so much. It’s so realistic and that’s exactly what makes it so good. I love the yearning, jealousy, regret, love and all the emotions the characters feel even if they don’t express it. If you haven’t read it yet, you definitely should. I wish I could read it for the first time again ^_^
Now that I read it again I feel like narumi got a lot more hate then she deserved, yes she was infuriating but come on kou was also part of the issue. He wasn’t as complex as everyone was making him out to be, he’s pretty generic. I think narumi gets more hate than kou because they want an excuse to defend the lowkey pathetic ml. “But narumi is a home wrecker and she manipulated kou” No it was full and well his choice and he could’ve easily gotten out of that situation by cutting her off, if I was futaba I would never want to be the second choice. Especially after he played in her face like that

On here, it seems balanced and on reddit it's mostly Kou. But tik tok probably does hate her more. I don't go on tik tok at all.
