Another truly magical read...I loved this so much, every single thing. I wish we could've seen more, especially the development of Kio and Fraw as a couple. This will be one of my treasured reads. This is one of those stories that give you the after lingering feeling of absolute bliss, happiness, warmth, and wanting more after a long ride we've taken together with the characters.
Is there supposed to be a second manga? Kio never officially found out he was an archangel right? And then there was no actual confession or anything (which if is fair since I feel like this was more fantasy/adventure with shounen ai as a lesser genere).
I like to think he's not that dense to not notice the mark on the archangel (Luriel?) is EXACTLY the same as his. Belia
This was a while ago but I think I remember most of the story. He'd probably figure it out, but it's very anticlimactic story writing wise. Having the whole story build up to show that Kio is a strong archangel and have their relationship develop- only for it to end on him STILL not officially knowing, and their relationship not turning into anything.
But yeah prob not that dumb, I just wish it ended better author should've written an epilogue or a follow up >:[

I completely agree the story has an anticlimactic finale.... (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ
I think the author likes her story to be family friendly idk. I've read her other works like moon trick and another one that I forgot the title. She/he/they like to keep everything in a safe zone out of too dark/serious theme. Her works/stories are usually optimistic. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ So yeah I don't think she wants to showcase the character as being too intimate on a physical level(?) but more on an emotional level. I think she also visualizes angels like folks that don't search love in a sensual way. I mean I don't recall all the chapters but they aren't any couples in the angels and they are born from flowers... It's more companioship. So does our view of love relationship and couples the same with their (angels) view of love?
Idk maybe I'm wrong. Tbh I think the author wrote with that in mind but at the same couldn't help but ship the characters.
that was absolutely brilliant. i loved how kio was so self-sacrificing and strong, and how fraw could be turn from "cold shoujo ML " to becoming a puppy-like angel clinging on to kio.
also, can we talk about the adorable bond that kio and fraw had, the sweet relationships between basically everyone and kio (because he's just THAT charming), and GOSH THE CHARACTER GROWTH?? please, this was everything i ever wanted and needed.
the art kind of threw me off at first, but i must say it really grew on me and every time i reread this (trust me, i will) i'll be hit with some of that nostalgia. i'm so happy the story did not just focus on their relationship; it was more plot and worldbuilding and just plain fluff.
i just binged all the chapters in a row (and thank god it isn't too long), which i haven't done in a while, but i would DEFINITELY want a sequel.
overall: 10/10 stars, would recommend to everyone and anyone
I read this when I’m sad or need a break from reality <3 it never gets old and I can probably read it forever. I will buy physical copies in the future (▰˘◡˘▰)
This is so nostalgic. Author is really good at world building and character development. Its nice to visit again wholesome mangas like this after how many years. Its rare to have these kind of gem these days.

I just spent an hour trying to find this because I forgot what it was called. Glad I finally found it.
It's so sweet and heartwarming seeing the people/angels, mythical creature and animal being comfortable and working together.
