you can truly tell this was a story of its time. the wife role being compared to the housekeeper made me a little upset but the early 2000s reeked of misogyny which is an explanation(not an excuse) for the type of lines that were written in this story. overall really good, i don’t mind it being wordy. the problem with a lot of manwhas that i read today is that there’s unnecessary conflict and this story doesn’t really have that !
Seme was hot. Uke was a bit too uke-ish for me, leading to the whole thing feeling very heteronormative with all the “wife” and wifely duties” crap on every page. Didn’t feel like two guys. Wholesome enough I guess, just not for me
Kuma-sensei is really attractive, he maybe looks sloppy and his face not as hot as your typical ikemen, I don't really understand why but he's so charming ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
This is so funny because calling someone a cat in japanese is slang for bottom so sensei calling him a neko could have been misinterpreted by the MC hence why he gets flustered at the beginning…. His boss (husband) keeps calling him a twink lmaoo
if that's not good enough, the chemistry between the leads is great too, plus the transition of realizing one's feelings for the other also developed nicely and wasn't like instant, tho the seme's part it might seem like it's sudden coz of his cold trait, then again the story is mainly in the uke's pov so who knows, maybe his internal struggle was just the same.

It was ok. Too wordy, not enough action. Kinda dull but the mains were a bit interesting. Short so got thru it fast.

Twink and bottom isn’t mutually exclusive you know? You can be a twink and be a top…
Twink just means a thin sometimes short and cute young gay guy.
i love cats and gay men
