I thought I'd give this a reread for old times sake, but wow, I totally forgot how fucking stressful the earlier chapters of this manga were. I do remember their relationship gets better in later chapters, but I don't blame anyone for dropping this early on. Kyouta is so scummy lmfao. Literally turns their entire class against her, physically assaults her, and sexually assaults her on more than one occasion. He manipulates her into falling for him, and literally throws?? her?? on?? the?? ground when?? she?? confesses?? to?? him??? And of course he has mommy issues! Of course he would use said mommy issues to justify his shitty behaviour towards women. Tatertots would love this man!!
I'm actually quite proud of myself for finishing this manga,like fr tho this manga drain the life outta me freaking frustrating bcs this people keep repeating the same ass mistakes for godsake. i still got lotss of complaint but I'll keep that for myself bcs why not.
Before ppl say “ it gets better ch (?) “ idrc . This was so bad . He literally 1 . Forced himself on her . 2 . Pulled her by the hair for no reason ? . 3 . Literally said she was for a bet . & yet after all that she says “ I fell in love w him “ that’s so disappointing .
It would have been memorable if it was turned into an anime and not just an OVA. The OVA also missed a lot of deets and felt rushed. Anyway, it's a good read. I just wished the side story is about their baby but all is well.
