Yeah Hirose was an asshole like hands down and Ren went on a “wild” mode when he got scared but damn every character was well written. And i mean everyone. Even the side characters was well written. Good job sensei! (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
I have read this at least 3 times now and I still hate that Hirose is the kind of shit person who can still act innocent and be forgiven for everything even after doing the most contemptible, despicable things a person can do.
I am relieved to hear that Ren is resolved enough to chase after Youji if he were to go away. Ren should be the one chasing because Youji has laid everything down on the table for him.
Why did he have to sleep with everyone in the world! almost everyone have one or two bad experience in a relationship, but it’s not an excuse to become a slut! and I can’t believe he enjoyed getting raped and then tell his current boyfriend it’s not a rape because I enjoyed it, how could you?! And then the ex-BF cheated on his wife but everyone was afraid to tell her because they didn’t want to break their family, okay.. what?! if my husband is cheating I need to know that even if it breaks me apart. Anyway, there was enjoyable moments in the manga and yoji was cute but I wish he could fall in somebody better. I can’t find anything good about Ren, he just hurts yoji and doesn’t have a charming personality.
Finally a comment reflecting my thoughts. Thank you for putting it out. Ren doesn't deserve such a straightforward guy as Youji. All the characters are pretty cool including the girls, except Ren.
Ren was actually pretty ok at the beginning of the story, even up to the point where he let go of Hirose all on his own will. But, after that he chickens out and goes complete 'slut mode'. I can even overlook it as typical drama-yaoi plot. But what the hell is up with him telling Youji that he felt pleasure when he was bound and done by Hirose right?! And the reason he gives Youji for not lying is 'not to create mistrust'???? Yeah, like I'd believe a guy who so quickly gives in to pleasure because of his feeling of sympathy for his ex. If he thought it's ok to have sex without feelings, why was he so bothered by Hirose marrying a woman? such hypocrisy.

Weirdly, even though I don't have any experiences with love (NBSB here). I could somehow sympathize with Ren, Youji, and somehow Hirose and his wife.
The feeling of betrayal, hatred, and lost from Ren; The feeling of Youji's genuine love for Youji; Hirose's possessiveness towards Youji, his heart and memories stuck in their most beautiful moments together.
The way the author, not only him/her but also the other authors who could deliver such beautiful stories from the beginning, as it progress, and towards its ending of the last page; truly magnificent.
And also towards Hiromi! I could totally relate to her ╮(￣▽￣)╭
OMG! I will start by saying that I thought this was going to be a walk in the park lol, a pretty normal yaoi.
But it was so much deeper, so real, the feelings of getting hurt, of loving everything about this manga was just amazing! For me, I have discovered a new masterpiece! And boy, that is a bold statement for me because I have read so manga manga in this lifetime. I think what really moved me and resonated in me was the writing style, the narration, and the dialogue were so "literature like", like I was reading an actual, book, it felt like it was flowing in me.
Now, I won't say that I wasn't pissed off at certain times, cause LORD did I want to kill this fucking Hirose, the worst man ever saying shit like 'i love you' and 'it's not the same love' this man was just fucking crazy okay?! I think, this manga is on par with "New York New York" for me, when I read this manga I was astonished it made me cry ahah. Well I have written a bunch of stuff~
