definitely not good, but with all the tropes it's hard to hate it lol. seme met uke at some middle eastern country when young. they promised to marry when seme is older cuz uke thought seme was a girl. now seme is grown and uke goes to japan to find seme. turns out seme is a super tall guy and an alpha. uke also an alpha and 15th prince of his country. somehow seme bites uke's neck and turns him into an omega........it was kinda rape. then uke is all resistant cuz he hates fated pairs and that's what they are. some bullshit backstory about why he hates fated pairs, and then uke goes back to his country. there his family knows about him turning into omega. his elder sister who is queen tries to help by finding an alpha. uke is disgusted by this alpha's touch and his assistant comes in to help him. and then seme shows up cuz his assistant had contacted seme to come stop the random alpha from pairing with uke. they talk it out and uke pretty quickly agrees to be seme's pair. but they don't do anything that night. next morning seme has to plan to go back to japan. they have sex then. seme goes home and finishes high school and then tests into a uni. goes to visit uke again and have some wild sex with uke in heat. they pair for real this time. then we see several years later when they're living together, uke says he's pregnant........but that's the end.

very cute, but a little pedoish lmao uke has super sad life as rare species with his daddy, living in poverty in some containment zone and his daddy selling his body for suppressants for him.... one day daddy dies and he runs out to escape people wanting to sell him. he falls into river and is rescued by seme. seme takes uke as his pet to protect uke. uke is a dog and really acts like one lol, it's very cute. but he basically doesn't know anything. he sometimes goes into heat and seme has to satisfy him. one day a lady comes wanting to do an arranged marriage with seme. she threatens him with a photo of him with uke and says she'll expose him for bestiality. she also goes to uke and says seme needs money so you need to sell yourself for him. uke is an idiot so he goes back to the containment zone to find the people who wanted to sell him before. told them to give the money to seme........ofc they won't, and they sell him off. seme comes in during the auction and rescues uke. they go home and it's all settled with the woman cuz they've got dirt on her now and she backs off. seme proposes with a ring and they get married and it's so cute!! seme then wants to see uke's horizons expand beyond just him, so he gets uke a tutor/guard. uke is super jealous this guy is getting close to seme before he finds out the guy has a wife and 3 kids already lol. very cute to see uke run with his kids, but makes me wonder about the age gap cuz seme is 28 and uke's age is unknown.........

sweet story of two guys who've known each other since high school getting together like 10 years later. uke dumped by his fiance just before wedding. he goes to seme's bar and dogezas, asking for seme's hand in marriage. they've been friends since high school and uke's like you're my last hope. seme is kinda touched by the proposal and agrees to start dating. uke gives him his house key and tells seme to come over later. seme does and they have sex where seme fingers uke, but uke thinks they went all the way and uke's like oh it's pretty good lmao. seme realizes that uke is being bullied in his workplace cuz his ex works there and she made people have bad impression of him. to counter that, seme starts making super lavish lunches for uke. uke is super open and just tells people it's his bf who made it. they insult seme thinking it's ugly and stuff. seme goes to the office one day to bring uke's lunch and everyone gets jealous of how hot seme is lol. after that apparently the bullying gets better cuz everyone is okay with him being gay at the office?? and seme has his own little existential crisis where he realizes he's empty inside and has no desires or passions or anything. he just does thinks to be needed by others, that's why he took over a bar, for his friends to come visit him often. and he thinks he's using uke to fill his empty self to feel needed. but uke is like that's cool with me. and seme realizes he loves uke seriously. he kisses him and they go to have sex for real lol and uke finally realizes seme's penis is not small, just never put it in. very cute how uke actually super enjoyed having sex and asks for it again next morning! story spans about 6 months before finally getting together.

first volume was obviously supposed to be a standalone, but i guess it got popular and author wrote a super cute second volume in a completely different style. 6 year age difference, older seme starts at 28 and uke is last year in uni. uke's been hitting the gay sites looking for ppl to hook up and matches with seme. they meet outside an ice cream parlour near uke's house and then go back to uke's place to fuck every weekend basically. uke slowly falls in love. seme knows he's bad with relationships and keeps his distance, though he's also feeling something for uke. he doesn't want to disappoint uke with how he usually is in relationships, so he doesn't try to get closer and kinda pulls away when he senses uke liking him. one time they finally spend the night together cuz before seme always refused to sleep over since he knew he usually can't sleep well with other people around. they didn't even fuck that night, uke was just upset and called seme over to comfort him and fell asleep. anyway next morning uke says they had the sweetest most loving sex and after that seme deleted the app or something and uke couldn't contact him again. some months pass and uke is still going to that ice cream shop in hopes of seeing seme. seme too starts going there after he regrets ghosting uke. they meet up and hug and get together. some extras of them in a relationship in the first year together, but for some reason it's in chapter 9.5. second volume focuses on them 2 years after they date officially. they were sex friends for like a whole year before this. and dating we see that uke has a job now and he goes on a business trip which makes seme super jealous to think he might be with other men. seme realizes how much he loves uke cuz he's never felt that way before. and then we see seme ask uke to move in and give uke a ring and ofc uke accepts. extras show more of their domestic life and it's super cute, pretty hot sex too, but short. and there was a section showing vol1 from seme's pov to show how he was falling in love with uke. overall very well written story and excellent drawings. i am just not a fan of how they got together and their characterizations in vol1. like seme used to smoke and a big thing is he quit smoking in between volumes. they also got haircuts so seme doesn't look like such a player anymore lol and uke looks neater too.

this was super cute!!! a very unique and interesting take on BL. guys getting together with the intention of marriage first and foremost. so they both attend a matchmaking party for gays. uke's looking to settle down now that he's 29 and don't want to date straight guys anymore. seme is a straight guy first time trying out gay relationship after seeing a gay wedding. he grew up an orphan so wants to have a family of his own. they match with each other and start going out on dates to see how they feel about each other. obviously they are feeling quite happy with each other lol. both very down to earth and genuine people. love me a kuudere seme. tiniest bit of drama when uke finds out seme has only dated girls till now but they talk and it is resolved and uke looks past that. super cute how they sweetly hold hands with each other and move super slowly. but then suddenly they are having sex and i don't think they even kissed before that lol......... overall really relaxing sweet read. they move in together at the end and have matching rings. we see uke taking care of a sick seme and them being super domestic and natural with each other!!!

sequel to the other restart. this one was exploring more of the seme's feelings towards the uke. turns out he's never confessed even though they've been dating like a year. seme gets jealous seeing uke close with a female and his old boss. he wonders if he really loves uke and can spend the rest of their life together. uke senses seme's been trying to tell something and they fight when uke tries to force it out of seme and seme ofc refuses to say in that situation. seme consults with their married friend about how he knew his wife was the one and he comes to realize that love is simple. just feel happier with that person than without. there's an accident at the farm and a canopy greenhouse thing collapses on top of them. seme shields uke and gets a concussion. in the hospital after he's stable, seme confesses finally and uke takes it well and says ofc he already knew. he plays it off but i'm sure he was happy to hear it lol. they also get a civil partnership thing but it doesn't really legally change anything. and after that seme buys them rings and overall it's just a fluffy story. no dumb conflict like seme creating fights with uke over petty jealousy of what uke might be doing with other people. he recognizes his feelings and processes them and is confident enough to move on and trust uke. love the realism as always.

this was good, excellent art and characters. only thing is the sequence of things is a little confusing, as is the text. i don't think it's a translation issue cuz the trans is so fucking good. just got too deep and flashing back and forth too much and hard to keep track of time, when things are happening. and the ending felt a bit unimpressive after all of that. so they both like each other. uke is an omega heir to the gang. he took in seme as a child orphan to work for him. seme has lied and says he's a beta though he's an alpha. uke's grandma is making him go to marriage interviews to find a partner for the future of the gang. she is getting old and wants him to have someone to support him and stuff. seme agrees to go along with it cuz he thinks it's for the best if this is for uke's happiness. uke hates all the partners they set him up with. one time a partner drugs him and makes him go into heat. seme goes to save him and uke in his heat kisses seme and loves his smell. somehow he recognizes his is the smell of his mate. after that uke is in heat again and asks seme to come over and give suppressants. seme does and gives the suppressant mouth to mouth. uke realizes seme's scent is the one he smelled the other day and he wants to mate with seme. seme fingers his ass a little and stops there. he holds back despite wanting so much to fuck uke and mess him up and says he is doing all this for uke and the gang. uke is mad cuz he already said he wants seme but seme is still not doing shit and it's like seme thinks uke isn't capable of making his own decisions. anyway after that they're kind of fighting but seme continues working as uke's right hand man. they go to another marriage meeting and uke is fucking drugged again and this time the evil gang tries to kidnap seme and uke's grandma and take over the gang or something. thankfully they were prepared and seme and the men go in. uke takes on the marriage partner and fights well despite the heat. when seme rushes in to help uke out, he suddenly just confesses he wants uke to stop doing these shit marriage interviews and just get married to him already. uke ofc agrees. and that's basically it, we see their marriage ceremony. ending was kind of a little let down cuz it was just waiting on seme to finally get over himself and admit he wants to be with uke. rest of gang already supported it.

the story here is great, a wonderful continuation of this couple! so now they're in third year and thinking about future plans. seme wants to be an architect and live with uke. he's got plans for them to rent together and be in the same city or take day trips to each other. but then uke drops the bombshell that he's going to france for uni to study design with his designer grandma. i guess he's doing fashion design. seme gets fucking mad which is so dickish of him. then when their families are spending christmas together, the parents ask about gfs and seme gets even more mad about shit. like thinking how uke should have a normal gf and not letting uke talk about their relationship. and then afterwards, he tells uke they're fucking over and just walks off and never talks to uke again................ and then they graduate and seme starts feeling back he never replied to uke's text to talk. just then uke texts again saying he's off to france and seme is sad but resigned. then his brother comes into his room and is like i'll drive you to the airport let's go and seme decides to go. at the airport he apologizes and says he didn't mean any of that. and uke is super nice and said he kinda knew seme wasn't serious cuz seme wasn't making eye contact and stuff. anyway so seme asks uke to stay but ofc uke is a strong independent man and he still needs to go to france to find his own path in life. they promise to stay in touch and uke is off. they video chat a lot and seme grows a bit taller. when uke comes back to japan, he's 175 and uke is still 186. they go directly to a hotel to fuck....... i think it's kind of weird uke never came back all those years in uni...... anyway and then we see a bit 3 years into the future again when seme is in france asking uke's grandma for uke's hand i guess. cuz we see now they're wearing rings. and there's an extra where seme has plans to design and build a house for them both in the future. reading the summary back it doesn't sound great lol but i kind of understand seme and uke is super cute and they're not unreasonable unrealistic characters. love that uke went to do something for himself even though seme had plans to just support him for life on an architect salary.

NOW THERE'S VOL 2. looove this author! 28yo uke, 20 yo seme marries for the sake of their villages to prosper. but they have to have sex to close out the ritual but uke doesn't want to do it. they go back tokyo and start living together. uke's mom threatens him if they don't fuck, they'll die. this is a lie lol but uke doesn't know and seriously begins considering seme as a partner. they fuck and seme disappears next morning, pissing uke off and hurting uke too cuz he thinks seme left after completing the ritual. but seme had only gone back to the village to report. weird cuz he could use the phone lol..........anyway, uke stays with a friend meanwhile and then seme comes to pick him up again. they go home together, go back to the village to do another ritual???????? and live happily ever after at the village!!
