When I was 14 and we were coming back from trip in Italy, our car caught on fire. From the shock I almost jumped out in full speed (which we still make fun of now) and cried so much stranger comforted me. Anyway we all survived, so it's ok.   reply

Talk to me in korean - they have books(not free though), lessons on their website and videos Translate.naver.com - Google translate has limits. You don't get the word-stems and examples of the word or phrase in use like with naver translate.   reply

i can't think of any scary moments right now but probably it was when one big cockroach appeared in my room when no one was at home and then i killed her, jesus it was terrible lmao, i hate any kind of insects but i'm totally fine with grasshoppers   2 reply

I only took one semester of beginner Korean in university and don't practice it enough on my own, so I'm definitely not fluent or anything. But the textbook we used is called "Integrated Korean." It helped me out with learning basic grammar and vocabulary, so maybe you'll find it useful as well. Good luck.   1 reply

The scariest moment of my life was when I found out that I had cystic fibrosis (lung disease). In most cases doctors will find out about it at birth, but its occasionally looked over.
