I'm 16 and feel like 60 already. It's going on for 3-4 years so I refuse to believe it's all puberty like they made out to be, if it really was, I'd regret being born. Will this improve or should I set my sights on a rest home that'll take me in?

My friend lived in Tokyo for two years, she always says that the last japaneses generations are very fixated in appearance and age. Though they usually marry late, they want to be fit and young as much as they can. I think it probably has to do with a large portion of the popular manga that we read here is Shounen and Shoujo. Those genres are meant for young teenagers, thats why the characters are teenagers themselves. To a teenager, a person in the 20's and 30's is old. 2 reply
