When I was about 14? 15? ...about that age, I moved to a new town. The mountains looked bigger than usual, like I could really walk to them if I tried. One day I felt like climbing one, so I just kept walking towards it. I, so very brilliantly, neglected to bring either a hat, water or a map, and got wonderfully lost under the Australian sun.

The best thing I've done all year is go to San Francisco for Spring break. It has been a while since then but I felt the need to write about it now.
