So, no binders aren't a permanent thing. as for making a binder I've seen some masc ppl use two sports bras. one on backwards and the other on correctly. but please get your correct size and only wear them for a few hours a day. over binding can disfigure your ribs and cause tissue damage to your chest amongst other health problems. U could double up sports bras, u could also cut out the tightest part of stockings and wear it as a form of compression, Just trim the legs off, and cut a hole in the crotch for your neck- and voila! You might need to layer these, too, to make them more effective. also dont use tape or bandages I heard those cause more damage to your ribs reply

if you are able to, purchase a binder from gc2b. they ship with discreet packaging. sports bras are decent, and i think it should be fine to wear 2 but keep in mind that they are still compressing your chest and you should wear them sparingly. never use ace bandages. binders are not permanent, they are basically tank tops/half tanks that you can ta...... reply
