Omegaverse can be enjoyable when it's not toxic as hell. There are omegaverse manga that don't have rape, abusive alpha, promote toxic masculinity, etc. There are a lot of great omegaverse manga/manhwa out there.

Maybe it just me but I'm always constipated for literally no reason.
