I totally agree with you.
I have absolutely no problem if rape, abuse, kidnapping, whatever form of abuse you want is in a story. No problem with it whatsoever. I do have a problem however with how authors often portray a characters response to these actions, and then what some readers reply with in order to defend these authors. So very true and I guess because a lot of the users here are young kids a lot of them aren't very open to discussion. When I first started to read the more steamy time of stories I wouldn't mind many of the not so great stuff cause I thought "oh it's all good they love each other" or whatever silly excuse one would think of but since I'm older I'm ...... 2 reply
