If I had to and pick one that would be Teito Klein. The way he grows up throughout the manga (where he acknowledge each person background), had many hardships but he still stand on the groundI really look up to him for that... as life is not that easy
This is one of beautiful scene that I really like as he realize what it means to grow up. :)

I'd say the first step should probably be masturbation. Depending on your definition of virginity, my first boyfriend would count.
