well I start with the obvious -
I want a good story/plot, good development, good development character's, and BALANCE characters. it's not only about Yaoi, I want it in any mange I read so it a mast for me.
if it's not, then I won't like it but I try to give it a chance if the plot is well build, like UN-balance character's I seen around. still ...... reply
I read a variety of stories, and I definitely feel like my interests have gotten steadily more messed up because of what I've read lol I'm tolerant of more things than ever before.

I honestly didn't feel anything special... Like, I was scared that my parents would walk in any minute and see what the hell I was looking at. But idk, I never felt anything sexual from reading scenes like these but rather like it was super cute and shit. reply
I don't like to dismiss entire themes or plot elements 100% because even if there's a tag I'll usually avoid I can probably think of at least one exception. However, I approach anything tagged with tragedy or cheating very cautiously.
