For me the type of yaoi I can't stand are shotacon and yaoi with too much rape/ incest/ messed up situations. They are usually combined with a psychological tag, so by default I tend to dislike pschological mangas too. reply
My first manga would be Guru Guru Pon-chan by Ikezawa Satomi. The first book was in my middle school library, so i read it. I couldn't find the rest as a hard copy anywhere, so I searched it on the internet. That is how I discovered mangareader, mangafox, etc.

I read a lot of different types of yaoi from bdsm to sweet love but I can't stand one's with boys younger than 15. There's probably a word for that, but yeah... it's cringe-y?

I really am not into shota either or incest and it's so hard to avoid, especially incest!!! They'll just casually mention being cousins or whatever and I'm just like please, no.
