Most of my otaku friends know I read yaoi lol I basically announced/ preached to them the wonderfulness of yaoi when I discovered it in my first year of high school. Thanks to that I befriended tons of secret fujoshi friends and I made some friends to read yaoi too. Sighhh those were the times...

A majority of my close friends know I read yaoi and are fine with it. My family on the other hand..... I'm only 15 so I don't know if my family would be very pleased with me reading stuff equivalent to pornography. I can only imagine what my family would be like

I only read manga at home, outside I read novel/fanfiction because thankfully even if someone peeped me while I was reading them not many people here had decent English (if you thought my English is bad, the others usually much worse than mine) reply
I'm an avid yaoi reader and honestly I can't enjoy anything but yaoi (manga/novel/fanfiction), regular romantic stories aren't 'deep' enough for me since I read yaoi (about 6 years ago) . I'm 32 yo female, married with a daughter. And I worked fulltime in a local hospital, it's such a magic that I willingly used almost all my spare time for yaoi.
