I think first u should find out whether he has feelings for u or not. Theres gotta be a hint, then if u think he has no feelings for u whatsoever and u r going to get rejected then maybe dont confess. I like it if they're cousins or step siblings. Half-siblings or more usually not although there is a yaoi manga where I find it acceptable because the family has this curse where they fall in love with their brothers and sisters. Every generation of it, so I feel like it's out of their control. reply

In manga/fic it's something I actually look for. Because for me the incest angle hits the 'love beyond anyone's understanding button'. The same way knotting fic hits the 'size!kink' button.
