- I cannot look up at the sky otherwise....I get anxiety -Getting food. I get a full blown anxiety attack at family gatherings. -Driving (can't control it I get nervous before I head out and drive) - for some reason I feel ill when I go on vacation (like why the fuck am I so nervous for?
