Honestly.... Well~~ 1-3 hours.. I've been living off with those mere numbers..What did it caused? Well I have a terrible case of sleep paralysis followed by vivid/lucid dreams and regular nightmares which will cause me sudden panick attacks and meltdowns first thing when I wake up.. don't forget leg cramps!. Most of the time 6 or 7 hours of sleep..i say that's enough sleep for a normal person and mehere are some very relaxing pics that u can i guess watch if ur getting ready for sleep   reply
